Personal Data. When you register or use MiQudoz, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, government-issued ID (for KYC verification), and payment details.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform — including pages visited, actions taken, session duration, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and referring URLs.

Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. See Section 6 for more detail.

Service Delivery. We use your information to operate the MiQudoz platform, process transactions, credit Qudoz rewards, and maintain your account.

Communication. We may contact you with account updates, security alerts, reward notifications, and marketing messages (which you may opt out of at any time).

Analytics. We analyze usage patterns to improve our platform, detect fraud, and optimize the member experience.

Legal Compliance. We process data as required by applicable law, including KYC/AML obligations, tax reporting, and responding to lawful government requests.

We do not sell your personal data. MiQudoz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service Providers. We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate — including payment processors, KYC verification services, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MiQudoz or its members.

Account Data. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for account recovery and dispute resolution.

Transaction Records. Financial and reward transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy legal and audit obligations.

Logs. Server and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.

MiQudoz is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@monetize365.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of MiQudoz after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
